Return policy

You may return your non-perishable items to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked on the same day of delivery (you must make your return at the time of package room pick-up/delivery). All returned items must be in new and unused/unopened condition, with the original packaging of the item(s) intact. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable

  • Used/Opened

  • On sale/discounted

We do not accept returns if the incarcerated individual:​

  • Is on "Loss of Package Privileges"

  • Has exceeded package limit/weight

  • Refuses package

  • Experiences a delay in the package room

  • Has Temporary Absence - out to court, in the hospital, or in transit to another facility

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return, you must include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to make your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item(s), we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your original payment statement, depending on your payment provider. If the order was placed by an incarcerated individual, the refund will be issued to your JPay/Securus account. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

*NOTE: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
